DO I NEED AN EYE EXAM?

It's recommended that people get an eye exam at least once every 1 to 2 years depending on their age. However, suppose you have a pre-existing vision disorder, notice signs of worsening vision, or notice your eyeglasses just aren't working anymore. In that case, it's best to schedule an eye exam and get assistance from an optometrist as soon as possible.

Some symptoms that indicate the presence of a vision or eye disorder include:

  • Headache
  • Blurry vision
  • Double vision
  • Glares
  • Trouble seeing at night
  • Trouble focusing
  • Squinting to see clearly
  • Watery or red eyes
  • Eye pain

HOW CAN AN EYE DOCTOR HELP?

Our eye doctor and optometry staff will conduct a full eye exam including imaging tests, vision tests, and a detailed assessment of your medical history to determine if you need extended eye care. Our optometrist will be able to determine what treatment is right for you, be it surgery, prescription contact lenses, or prescription luxury eyewear!

We can help you find the right treatment for eye disorders including:

  • Glaucoma
  • Cataracts
  • Retinopathy
  • Astigmatism
  • Nearsightedness
  • Farsightedness
  • Amblyopia

After you've received treatment, we can continue to provide eye disease management and updates on your prescription lenses or glasses. This helps with keeping eye diseases from progressing into vision loss, as well as ensuring you're able to see properly using updated prescriptions!
